Lead information security, risk, control, and privacy functions within a financial services environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage Governance, Risk and Control (GRC) practices across the organization.
• Lead CSAE 3416 SOC 1 and SOC 2 audit controls assessment processes.
• Ensure compliance with PIPEDA, GDPR, and other relevant financial services privacy regulations.
• Develop and implement network and cybersecurity defense mechanisms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address critical business issues through technical and analytical frameworks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of industry experience working within a financial institution in a similar role.
• Expert knowledge of Information Security principles and GRC frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with CSAE 3416 SOC 1 and SOC 2 audit controls.
• Expert knowledge of PIPEDA and GDPR privacy regulations.
• Technical understanding of network and cybersecurity defense mechanisms.
• Professional certification in at least one of the following: CISSP, CCSP, CISM, CISA, CDPSE, or CFE.
