Description

You will lead and manage the Security Operations Centre within an MSSP environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage incident identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring to ensure rapid response to attacks and malware.
• Lead SOC resources, oversee process adherence, and develop frameworks to strengthen security operations.
• Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, dashboards, and metrics for clients and senior management.
• Administer, configure, and maintain security devices including Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Proxies, and Mail Gateways.
• Interface with internal and external auditors and conduct regular reviews with customer stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in cyber security and SOC management.
• Deep understanding of Windows and Linux internals.
• Proficiency in analyzing various log formats from multiple sources.
• Experience analyzing reports from SOAR/SEM tools such as ArcSight or Elastic SIEM.
• Ability to analyze network traffic to identify malware-introduced activity.
• Strong understanding of operating system exploitation and common hacking techniques.
• Expertise in assessing access controls based on least privilege principles.
• Bachelor's degree.
