Description

You will own the planning, organization, and direction of cyber risk activities to safeguard technology and data from security breaches.

Responsibilities

  • Develop cyber policies, processes, methodologies, and plans to mitigate security risks.
  • Manage cybersecurity projects, vendors, and the selection and implementation of security hardware and software.
  • Perform regular vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and analysis of security tool effectiveness.
  • Coordinate, investigate, and report on cybersecurity incidents while implementing response recommendations.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of responsible experience in cybersecurity and technology analysis/management within substantial organizations.
  • Deep knowledge of cybersecurity controls, procedures, and regulations.
  • Experience managing compliance with local, state, and federal laws regarding privacy and computer crime.
  • Proven ability to conduct cyber risk training for employees at various levels.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills for reporting to senior management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • CISSP, CISA, CISM, or CRISC certifications.
