Description

Manage, configure, and install security infrastructure devices including firewalls and VPNs. Lead technology upgrade programs, project reviews, and delivery. Identify threats and vulnerabilities, performing Root Cause Analysis on security incidents. Define and maintain security policies while monitoring logs via Splunk, Zscaler, and StealthWatch. Troubleshoot complex network traffic and perform deep packet analysis using packet capturing tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage, configure, and install security infrastructure devices including firewalls and VPNs.
• Lead technology upgrade programs, project reviews, and project delivery.
• Identify threats and vulnerabilities, performing Root Cause Analysis on security incidents.
• Define and maintain security policies while monitoring logs via Splunk, Zscaler, and StealthWatch.
• Troubleshoot complex network traffic and perform deep packet analysis using packet capturing tools.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in network security within enterprise or large corporate environments.
• Advanced hands-on implementation and troubleshooting of Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Checkpoint, and Fortinet (FortiManager/FortiAnalyzer) in High-availability mode.
• Deep understanding of Layer-2 and Layer-3 firewalls, Internet proxies, DNS, SSL VPN, and IPS technologies.
• Strong knowledge of routing protocols including OSPF, BGP, GRE Tunnel, and IPSec VPNs.
• Extensive experience with Blue Coat and McAfee proxies for complex traffic troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with protocols such as SSL, TCP/UDP, HTTP, FTP/SFTP, NTP, SSH, and LDAP.
• Experience with FireEye installations, migrations, and upgrades.
• Working knowledge of F5 load balancers, switching, and multi-factor authentication systems.
• Familiarity with incident, change, problem, and configuration management processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Zscaler and StealthWatch log monitoring and support.
• Experience using Splunk for security log monitoring.
