Lead end-to-end cyber security programs across complex enterprise environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver program roadmaps, managing milestones, dependencies, and outcomes from readiness through operations.
• Define and enforce governance principles and guardrails ensuring compliance with standards like GDPR, NIST, and SOX.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and action items to maintain program momentum.
• Provide executive-level updates on program status, risks, and mitigation strategies, removing blockers swiftly.
• Oversee program budgets, resource allocation, and vendor contracts for cost-effective execution.

Required Skills

• 10+ years leading large, multi-workstream programs in complex enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in cybersecurity frameworks, endpoint, and cloud security technologies.
• Experience with CrowdStrike Falcon, SIEM platforms, and Active Directory integration.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate vendors.
• Strong command of program methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and portfolio planning.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience implementing local admin controls on servers and workstations.
• Familiarity with compliance standards and audit processes.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with Workday or Successfactors.
