Manage the full lifecycle of multiple cybersecurity projects to meet strategic organizational goals.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own the initiation, planning, execution, control, and closing of multiple simultaneous cybersecurity projects.
• Develop and monitor project plans, tracking milestones, metrics, and resource allocation to ensure timely execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, acceptance criteria, and schedules.
• Manage budgets, change controls, and resource conflicts to keep programs within specification.
• Provide weekly and monthly documentation regarding project progress and alignment with cybersecurity strategies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in project management.
• Hands-on experience deploying Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
• Deep understanding of Information Technology and cybersecurity as it relates to IT project management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Defender and Microsoft ecosystems.
• Experience working within Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong command of JIRA, Visio, Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate technical requirements and project status to business leaders and technical teams.
• Proven ability to manage changing priorities and timelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience applying formal Project Management Methodologies and documentation tools.
