Description

You will lead the security design and implementation of Salesforce environments across application, platform, and infrastructure levels.

Responsibilities

• Design Salesforce security controls, including role-based access control, DevSecOps, and integration with IAM and SIEM solutions.
• Lead the implementation of the AppOmni Salesforce Cloud monitoring tool from a security stakeholder perspective.
• Translate penetration test results and application security scans into actionable remediation requirements.
• Provide technical guidance to the Salesforce Business team during cybersecurity vulnerabilities or incidents.
• Create and maintain architecture design artifacts, diagrams, and documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional IT experience, including at least 3 years in Cybersecurity.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce Security Model, including Roles, Profiles, Object Settings, permission sets, and sharing settings.
• Practical experience with Salesforce security features such as Event Monitoring, Field Accessibility, Login Access Policies, and Platform Encryption (SHIELD).
• Knowledge of web application security concepts, specifically the OWASP Top 10.
• Experience with industry cybersecurity frameworks like NIST 800-53.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration experience with Lightning & Classic Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Proficiency with Tableau CRM and Tableau.
• Ability to conduct industry-standard application security assessments and verify control implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing proof-of-concept, pilots, and reference architectures.
