You will lead complex technical security assessments and drive offensive security initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, scope, and lead complex technical assessments including Purple Team engagements and security testing.
• Perform targeted offensive security assessments focused on improving detection and telemetry.
• Build and conduct adversary emulation exercises based on frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK and custom threat models.
• Collaborate with Incident Response, Threat Hunting, and Security Engineering teams to enhance security outcomes.
• Prepare comprehensive security assessment reports and present complex technical findings.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Cyber Security and Offensive Security assessments.
• Hands-on experience in Red Teaming and Offensive Security assessments.
• Proficiency in scripting languages including Python, Bash Shell, and PowerShell.
• Strong experience in Cyber Threat Intelligence and Threat Analysis.
• Strong understanding of frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK and the Cyber Kill Chain.
• Experience working with security monitoring tools like Splunk.
• Knowledge of Threat Hunting and Threat Detection methodologies.
• Familiarity with adversary simulation and threat modeling.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
