Description

You will design, install, and manage security mechanisms to protect information systems and resolve complex cybersecurity issues.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage security mechanisms to prevent attacks on networks and systems.
• Respond to security incidents, investigate violations, and recommend protocol improvements.
• Support security control implementation and evidence collection for Risk Management Framework (RMF) steps.
• Maintain system security plans and Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms).
• Assist in using automation tools for compliance and risk scoring.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or a related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience with Security Frameworks.
• Proficiency in Incident Response.
• Knowledge of Risk Management principles.
• Experience with security control implementation.
• Familiarity with continuous monitoring activities.
• Ability to support automation tools for compliance.
