Description

Manage and protect organizational endpoints, systems, and data against malware and unauthorized access.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage endpoint security solutions to protect devices across the organization.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain McAfee antivirus software to mitigate malicious activity.
• Monitor security events and alerts using Trellix, SIEM, and threat prevention systems.
• Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing on endpoints.
• Investigate security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and develop incident response plans.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Cyber Security with a focus on Endpoint Security.
• Expertise in AntiVirus solutions, specifically McAfee.
• Hands-on experience with Trellix (formerly ArcSight), Splunk, or QRadar SIEM systems.
• Technical knowledge of endpoint security controls, firewall management, and IDPS.
• Proficiency with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tools.
• Familiarity with security frameworks including NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, CIS Controls, GDPR, and HIPAA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Security.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+.
• Scripting experience with Python or PowerShell for security automation.
