Description

Enforce DoD and Army cybersecurity policies while managing the full Risk Management Framework (RMF) lifecycle for DAIIS systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain RMF certification and accreditation packages to maintain Authorization to Operate (ATO).
• Process and submit Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&M) within eMASS.
• Perform monthly ACAS vulnerability scans and provide remediation findings to systems administrators.
• Monitor DISA STIG implementation and report compliance to leadership.
• Manage media custodian duties, including the issuance, tracking, and destruction of removable media.

Required Skills

• Active TS/SCI clearance with SBI; ability to attain SI, TK, G, HCS, and NATO Secret.
• DoD 8140.03 IAT Level II or Intermediate certification.
• Five years of experience, including three years preparing System Security Plans (SSPs) and POA&Ms.
• Two years of experience working with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Accreditation Process.
• Two years of experience using eMASS for information entry and security control monitoring.
• Two years of experience with vulnerability scanners including ACAS, SCAP, WASSP, and DISA STIG Viewer.
• Experience with IAVM, IAVA, IAVB, SRG, and Technical Advisories.
• Proficiency in managing data within the Army Portfolio Management Solution (APMS).

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing user profiles within the Army Training and Certification Tracking System (ATCTS).
