Description

You will manage and optimize enterprise security infrastructure, focusing on firewall environments and access controls.

Responsibilities

• Provision firewall access rules and maintain security platforms through regular updates.
• Configure and troubleshoot site-to-site VPN tunnels.
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and perform root cause analysis for incidents.
• Execute firewall rule and user access reviews to optimize platform security.
• Monitor customer requests to ensure provisioning meets established SLA requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cyber security.
• Hands-on experience supporting Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Cisco firewalls.
• Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Administrator or related firewall certification.
• Strong knowledge of network fundamentals, IP communication, routing, switching, and topologies.
• Experience with monitoring, management, and capacity planning tools.
• Proficiency in network-oriented problem solving and complex troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with security best practice guidelines such as ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

• AWS security and Microsoft Azure security (including DLP).
• Identity Management tools such as CyberArk, Wallix, or Microsoft.
• Web Application Firewall (WAF) and vulnerability scanners.
