Description

You will manage and troubleshoot CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot CyberArk PAM solutions to ensure secure access management.
• Develop and maintain automation using PowerShell scripting.
• Manage security tools including Microsoft Defender and McAfee ePO.
• Maintain system documentation and track tasks within ServiceNow and Confluence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support incident management workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical administration roles.
• Hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• Experience managing Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Defender and McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO).
• Experience using ServiceNow and Confluence for ticketing and documentation.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security incident management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
