Description

Manage CyberArk Privileged Access Management solutions to ensure secure account lifecycle management and system availability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-level support and advanced troubleshooting for complex CyberArk issues to minimize downtime.
• Manage the onboarding, offboarding, and safe deletion of privileged accounts within the PAM solution.
• Automate operational tasks, such as safe deletions and account unsuspension, using PowerShell scripting.
• Generate activity logs, inventory tracking, and User Access Reviews to maintain security compliance.
• Collaborate with server teams to resolve password reconciliation failures and synchronization issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in identity and access management or security administration.
• Hands-on experience managing CyberArk PAM solutions.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for task automation.
• Experience with account management, including domain-based and local administrator accounts.
• Ability to manage session recording, monitoring, and troubleshooting session management errors.
• Knowledge of generating security reports and conducting User Access Reviews.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
