Key Responsibilities

• Assess and optimize the existing CyberArk PAM environment.
• Identify security, operational, and process gaps.
• Define current-state and target-state architecture.
• Develop PAM remediation and enhancement roadmap.
• Lead/support CyberArk implementation and modernization initiatives.
• Onboard applications, service accounts, and privileged accounts.
• Configure password rotation, reconciliation, session management, and secrets management.
• Integrate CyberArk with enterprise applications and cloud platforms.
• Migrate legacy privileged-access processes into CyberArk workflows.
• Collaborate with IAM, infrastructure, cloud, application, and security teams.

Must-Have Skills

• 15+ years overall IT experience with strong CyberArk/PAM background
• Hands-on CyberArk PAM implementation and engineering
• CyberArk Cloud/SaaS
• CyberArk SIA implementation
• JIT privileged access
• CyberArk environment assessment and architecture review
• CPM – password rotation & reconciliation
• PSM – privileged session management
• Application & service account onboarding
• Secrets management
• Windows & Linux privileged access
• PowerShell, Python and/or API automation
• PAM roadmap and target-state architecture
• Enterprise application and cloud integrations

CyberArk EPM

• EPM current-state assessment and maturity review
• EPM target-state architecture and deployment strategy
• EPM policy and security baseline design
• EPM agent deployment and phased rollout
• EPM application control and privilege-elevation use cases
• EPM operational and exception management
