You provide specialized identity and access management support, focusing on CyberArk toolsets and security product integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support CyberArk toolsets and manage identity access management domain requirements.
• Manage authentication protocols including SSH, RDP, LDAP, and Active Directory.
• Maintain and troubleshoot diverse database environments including MS SQL, Sybase, and Oracle DB.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document technical processes, and produce reports.
• Lead technical resolution efforts and manage multiple concurrent project tasks under deadlines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Strong knowledge of CyberArk toolsets and security product support.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, LDAP, MS SQL, Sybase, Oracle DB, AS400, and RACF.
• Advanced SQL proficiency.
• 1-2 years of Windows and Linux systems administration experience.
• Working knowledge of SSH, RDP, and firewall configurations.
• Experience supporting web applications, load balancers (F5, GTM, LTM), TLS certificates, SSO, and Disaster Recovery.

Preferred Skills

• Undergraduate degree and experience working within a large organization.
