Description

You will own the engineering and operational support for identity governance, access management, and privileged access solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support IAM technologies across CyberArk, Okta, SailPoint, and Venafi platforms.
• Manage the full user account lifecycle, including provisioning, securing, and inactivating access.
• Develop workflows, system configurations, and change documentation to optimize access management.
• Maintain, test, and optimize Identity Governance and Role Based Access Controls (RBAC).
• Troubleshoot technical IAM issues, perform requirement analysis, and resolve access-related incidents.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Hands-on expertise with CyberArk, Okta, and Ping Identity.
• Experience with authentication standards including SSO, 2FA, and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Proficiency in C++, Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell or Perl.
• Working knowledge of Linux, Unix, Windows, Active Directory, LDAP, and SQL.
• Experience with Microsoft Directory Integrations and AD Agents.
• Familiarity with log management tools such as Splunk, QRadar, or Okta reporting.
• Ability to work within Agile methodologies or Lean Management processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SailPoint IIQ and Venafi Certificate Management.
