Description

You will own the design, implementation, and operational management of secrets management platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead application teams through onboarding to secrets management platforms, focusing on HashiCorp Vault.
• Architect and manage end-to-end secrets lifecycles, including rotation, auditing, and policy enforcement.
• Provide security advisory to application, DevOps, and cloud teams to drive adoption.
• Develop reusable onboarding guides, standards, and best practices for engineering teams.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and operational support for Vault and CyberArk environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience focused on security, IAM, or cloud engineering.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with secrets management solutions, requiring HashiCorp Vault proficiency.
• 7+ years experience with Cloud Platforms, specifically AWS.
• Expertise in AWS services including CloudFormation Templates (CFTs), Lambda, S3, EC2, and Load Balancers.
• Strong hands-on scripting skills in Python and/or Shell.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure-as-code and automation practices.
• Familiarity with CyberArk.

Preferred Skills

• HashiCorp Vault certifications (Associate/Professional).
• Experience supporting large-scale, highly available Vault clusters.
