Description

Provide technical and customer support within the EPM environment for desktop and mobile end-user compute systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktop and mobile end-user compute environments.
• Address user issues related to core business applications and productivity suites.
• Manage and resolve incidents requiring quick decision-making and effective time management.
• Communicate technical information clearly to end-users and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant experience in a technical support, client services, or production support role.
• Working knowledge of Windows OS 10/11 and Apple Mac environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and O365 applications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams.
• Strong technical aptitude for troubleshooting end-user compute issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting financial applications or working in an Investment Banking environment.
