Description

You will provide operational support for enterprise IAM platforms, focusing on CyberArk and custom applications. You manage day-to-day activities including account provisioning, password resets, and access reviews. You support platform upgrades, patching, and maintenance to ensure high availability. You analyze, create, validate, and implement change requests following established processes. You participate in on-call rotations to troubleshoot incidents promptly.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IAM activities such as account provisioning, password resets, and access reviews.
• Support platform upgrades, patching, and maintenance to ensure high availability of CyberArk.
• Analyze, create, validate, and implement change requests following established processes.
• Participate in on-call rotations to support critical IAM services and troubleshoot incidents promptly.
• Provide operational support for enterprise IAM platforms and custom applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Information Security or Identity & Access Management.
• Hands-on experience with CyberArk or similar privileged access management platforms.
• Ability to manage change requests through full lifecycle (analysis, build, validation, implementation, closure).
• Scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of IAM concepts, access lifecycle processes, and operational security controls.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with custom application integration within IAM ecosystems.
