Description

You manage daily operations and maintenance of enterprise Identity & Access Management platforms, with a primary focus on CyberArk.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IAM activities including account provisioning, password resets, and access reviews.
• Support platform upgrades, patching, and maintenance to ensure high availability of CyberArk.
• Analyze, create, validate, and implement change requests following established processes.
• Provide operational support for enterprise IAM platforms and custom applications.
• Participate in on-call rotations to troubleshoot incidents and support critical services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Information Security or Identity & Access Management.
• Hands-on experience with CyberArk or similar privileged access management platforms.
• Ability to manage change requests through the full lifecycle (analysis, build, validation, implementation, closure).
• Scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of IAM concepts, access lifecycle processes, and operational security controls.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with custom application integration within IAM ecosystems.
