Description
You will manage and support CyberArk Identity and Access Management solutions and Ping Identity products.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and configure CyberArk solutions based on requirements from platform and ecosystem owners.
- Maintain platform health through infrastructure upgrades, server scaling, and CyberArk version patching.
- Perform compliance checks on IT security safes and generate necessary alerts and reports.
- Investigate incidents, provide root cause analysis, and resolve technical issues.
- Develop Automation, PSM, and CPM connector plugins.
Required Skills
- At least 3 years of experience with CyberArk Identity and Access Management.
- Strong experience in the implementation, administration, and support of CyberArk products.
- Expertise in designing, deploying, and supporting Ping Federate, Ping Access, and Ping ID.
- Deep understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts.
- At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
- Ability to translate customer needs into maintainable technical solutions.
- Experience working within client policies, standards, and processes.
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of Saviynt IGA application connectors.
- Experience managing fully integrated, highly available application environments.
