Description
You will manage and optimize CyberArk Identity and Access Management solutions alongside Ping Identity products. You design, implement, and configure CyberArk, Ping Federate, Ping Access, and Ping ID. You capture technical requirements from platform owners to build secure solutions. You perform compliance checks on IT security safes, manage alerts, and generate reports. You investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and resolve technical issues. You maintain platform health through infrastructure upgrades, server scaling, and CyberArk version patching.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy CyberArk and Ping Identity solutions.
- Translate client needs into maintainable technical architectures.
- Manage security alerts, compliance checks, and reporting.
- Investigate incidents and perform root cause analysis.
- Execute infrastructure upgrades and version patching.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of general Information Technology experience.
- 3+ years dedicated CyberArk Identity and Access Management experience.
- Strong implementation, administration, and support of CyberArk products.
- Deep understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts.
- Expertise in Ping Federate, Ping Access, and Ping ID deployment and support.
- Experience with Automation, PSM, and CPM Connector plugin development.
- Knowledge of client policies, standards, and processes.
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of Saviynt IGA application connectors.
- Experience managing fully integrated, highly available application environments.
