Description

Lead full lifecycle delivery of CyberArk Privileged Access Management programs and complex IT security transformations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead CyberArk deployments including Core Client, EPM, PSM, CPM, and Conjur integrations.
• Develop integrated project plans using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to manage dependencies and resource allocation.
• Manage vendor relationships, including CyberArk professional services, MSSPs, and third-party integrators, while overseeing SLAs and licensing.
• Coordinate integrations with Active Directory, SIEM, ServiceNow, and cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Maintain program budgets, forecasts, and KPI reporting for executive governance boards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT project or program management.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex IT security programs.
• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing CyberArk deployments and integrations.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
• Technical knowledge of CyberArk architecture, vault design, and privileged access flows.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and application ecosystems.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or Business.

Preferred Skills

• CyberArk Certifications (Defender, Sentry, or Client) and PMP or Prince2 certification.
• Familiarity with ITIL, SOC2, NIST 800-53, or other regulatory frameworks.
