Description

You will manage day-to-day CyberArk Privileged Identity Management (PIM) support operations and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage privileged user account administration for Windows and UNIX accounts using CyberArk components.
• Integrate Windows servers, UNIX servers, and databases with CyberArk.
• Manage CPM policies, redistribution, and perform bulk integration using the Password Upload Utility.
• Create and administer new safes, accounts, and platforms within CyberArk.
• Audit accounts, generate reports, and resolve user login or permission issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in PIM support and CyberArk implementation.
• Hands-on experience with CyberArk components and platform linking.
• Proficiency in Windows Server and UNIX/Linux administration.
• Strong understanding of LDAP concepts and directory services such as Active Directory, Oracle Internet Directory, or Sun Directory Server.
• Experience with Database Administration and Backup Administration.
• Practical experience using incident management tools like HP Service Manager, Maximos, Remedy, or Tivoli.
