Description

You provide advanced technical support for CyberArk and HashiCorp Vault environments, resolving complex incidents and guiding lower-level support teams.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex incidents involving CyberArk PAS and HashiCorp Vault.
• Manage critical incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
• Provide technical guidance to Level 1 support and escalate product bugs to development.
• Assist with the deployment, configuration, and integration of security tools.
• Create technical documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for clients and internal teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT security focusing on CyberArk and HashiCorp Vault.
• Deep understanding of CyberArk Privileged Access Security (PAS) solutions.
• Proficiency in HashiCorp Vault installation, configuration, and management.
• Hands-on experience with cloud environments including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong scripting and automation skills using Python and PowerShell.
• Knowledge of security protocols, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• CyberArk Defender, Sentry, or Guardian certifications.
• HashiCorp Certified: Vault Associate or other relevant HashiCorp certifications.
