Description

You will lead the discovery, strategy, and enterprise-scale expansion of our CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) program.

Responsibilities

• Support privileged account discovery and assess onboarding feasibility across the organization.
• Define and document the target-state architecture for CyberArk.
• Design onboarding strategies and phased implementation blueprints.
• Partner with security, infrastructure, and application teams to expand PAM adoption.
• Provide consultative guidance to stakeholders and senior leadership on PAM capabilities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IAM or PAM architecture roles.
• Deep hands-on expertise with the CyberArk platform, including core components.
• Proven experience designing and scaling enterprise PAM programs.
• Strong understanding of privileged access risks and controls.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with hybrid identity environments (Active Directory + Entra ID).
• Strong consulting, advisory, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience building phased onboarding and rollout strategies.
