Manage the build, support, and operational lifecycle of the CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution.

On-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical operations, including onboarding target systems for Linux, Windows, and network/security devices.
• Manage PAM policies, break-glass password retrieval, and user/admin provisioning following least privilege principles.
• Execute disaster recovery failover drills, vault restorations, and DC-to-DR data replication tasks to ensure business continuity.
• Troubleshoot operational issues including authentication failures, endpoint connectivity, and scheduled task failures.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for incidents and manage the full lifecycle of incident, problem, and service request tickets.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience with CyberArk PAM solution management and policy configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Unix and Windows operating systems.
• Proven ability to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for complex technical issues.
• Experience managing target system onboarding for diverse environments including Linux, Windows, and security devices.
• Ability to manage DR/BCP activities, including failover drills and vault restoration.
• Competency in troubleshooting LDAP authentication and network connectivity issues.
• Experience with ITSM processes, including incident and problem management.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to create Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation.
