Description

You will serve as the subject matter expert for the CyberArk Privileged Identity Management suite in Brisbane.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the full CyberArk suite, including EPV, CPM, PVWA, PSM, PSMP, AIM, and OPM.
• Integrate Windows, UNIX, databases, and networking devices with CyberArk components.
• Perform health checks, monitor logs, and provide Root Cause Analysis for incidents.
• Configure CPM policies, manage Safes, and implement the Password Upload Utility.
• Generate monthly KPI reports covering performance trends, usage, and license capacity.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• Deep expertise in CyberArk components: EPV, CPM, PVWA, PSM, PSMP, AIM, and OPM.
• Hands-on experience with Privileged Identity Management concepts.
• Proficiency in UNIX and Windows administration.
• Working knowledge of SQL, PLSQL, and Active Directory.
• Experience supporting Entrust HSM environments for key management, including patching and backups.
• Ability to develop custom plugins and connection components.

Preferred Skills

• Experience performing compliance checks and auditing IT security safes.
• Ability to capture detailed technical requirements from platform and ecosystem owners.
