Description

You will own the administration, support, and optimization of the CyberArk Privileged Identity Management suite within a highly available environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage CyberArk components including EPV, CPM, PVWA, PSM, PSMP, AIM, and OPM.
• Capture detailed requirements from platform and ecosystem owners to design integrated PIM solutions.
• Integrate diverse platforms such as Windows, UNIX, databases, and network devices with the CyberArk ecosystem.
• Monitor logs for Windows, UNIX, and identity management platforms to detect misuse or malicious activities.
• Perform health checks, incident RCA, and generate monthly KPI reports on system performance and capacity.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Information Technology experience with deep expertise in CyberArk administration.
• Strong knowledge of PAM concepts and privileged identity management principles.
• Experience supporting technical components for complex, integrated application environments.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX, Active Directory, and Windows server administration.
• Ability to create and manage Safes, platforms, owners, and CPM policies.
• Experience with custom plugin development and connection components.
• Knowledge of database support for IDM platforms and Entrust HSM maintenance tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills for client interfacing.
