Lead technical operations and build activities for the CyberArk Privileged Access Management solution.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical operations and build activities for the CyberArk PAM solution.
• Manage target system onboarding for Linux, Windows, and network/security devices.
• Execute DR failover drills, DC-DR fall-back, and vault restoration procedures.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot authentication, connectivity, and replication failures.
• Own incident, problem, and service request management while coordinating with OEM support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in PAM environments with deep expertise in CyberArk build and support.
• Hands-on experience with DC-DR and DR-DC Fall-back procedures.
• Proficiency in Vault Restoration and disaster recovery drills.
• Experience managing diverse target systems including Linux, Windows, and security devices.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for LDAP authentication and OS-level login accounts.
• Competency in ITSM Reporting and Incident Management.
• Ability to manage problem tickets and liaise with infrastructure teams.
