You will provide technical support for CyberArk environments, ensuring system stability through efficient troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Support CyberArk versions 11.x and above.
• Utilize automation tools to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain system stability through efficient troubleshooting.
• Resolve customer technical inquiries regarding CyberArk products.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience supporting CyberArk 11.x or higher.
• Proficiency with PACLI.
• Experience with Python.
• Experience with PowerShell.
• University degree in any field.
