Description

You will manage complex security procedures to protect information systems and data from unauthorized access or destruction.

Responsibilities

• Implement and administer cybersecurity systems and endpoint protection policies.
• Conduct complex IT data and security forensic investigations.
• Execute internal vulnerability management to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Perform threat hunting, incident response, and remediation tasks.
• Lead situational tabletop exercises covering malware, phishing, and ransomware scenarios.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of cybersecurity-related experience.
• Proficiency with vulnerability scanning tools such as Tenable or Nessus.
• Hands-on experience with Endpoint Protection, AV/XDR policy configuration, and endpoint agents.
• Experience managing SIEM, logging/syslog, and alerting systems.
• Administrative experience with Windows and Linux servers for on-premise security applications.
• Knowledge of NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK Matrix, and CIS benchmarks.
• Practical use of security tools including Nmap, Wireshark, and phishing simulations.
• Understanding of network infrastructure including firewalls, load balancers, LAN/WAN, and web proxies.
• Competency in Windows 10-11, Windows Server, and Linux environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with XQL, Python, or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of IRS 1075, SSA, and PII compliance requirements.
