Description

Defend computer systems, networks, and data by identifying and mitigating complex technical threats across on-premise and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and defend against cyber threats using SIEM tools and network traffic analysis.
• Configure firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
• Investigate security incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Design secure cloud infrastructure plans and analyze the security of AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud services.
• Advise on security provisions in third-party agreements and manage vendor risk assessments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in an IT or computer-related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on technical experience in cloud cybersecurity and emerging technology aligned with the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
• 3+ years of experience in Information & Network Security.
• 3+ years of experience applying risk management frameworks such as NIST, FISMA, ISO, SSAE 16, SOC 2, Shared Assessments, or FedRAMP.
• 3+ years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and vendor risk management.
• Technical expertise in network IT protocols, operating systems, programming languages, encryption techniques, and intrusion detection systems.
• Industry-recognized certification such as CISSP, GIAC, CISM, CISA, CIPP, CTPRP, or CCSP.
