Description

You will build and maintain the operational resilience and disaster recovery program to ensure business continuity and minimize incident disruption.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build the disaster recovery strategy, framework, and related policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses to determine RTOs and RPOs for critical processes.
• Assist system owners in designing disaster recovery plans, including data backup, recovery procedures, and failover strategies.
• Coordinate testing and simulations of disaster recovery plans to validate effectiveness.
• Develop and deliver training programs to ensure staff preparedness for disaster recovery procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in operational resilience, disaster recovery, or business continuity planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and security.
• Experience with data backup and recovery solutions.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and regulatory frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, TIISAX, GDPR, or HIPAA.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and work cross-functionally with IT, compliance, and business units.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• CBCP, CISSP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect certifications.
• Experience working within Joint Venture environments.
