Description

Lead large-scale Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Lifecycle Management (ILM) programs within an enterprise environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex IAM and ILM programs across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Manage executive stakeholders and resolve technical roadblocks and complex issues.
• Simplify and improve complex systems and processes to drive operational efficiency.
• Present technical security content to internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Prioritize workstreams and manage project delivery timelines in an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise or entertainment environments.
• 3+ years of experience working within Agile methodologies.
• 1+ years of experience using Jira.
• Proven track record of implementing enterprise-wide programs.
• Deep experience managing IAM and ILM program lifecycles.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Azure Cloud Services, Active Directory, and Privileged Management.
• Working knowledge of the Security Development Lifecycle, static/dynamic analysis tools, and threat modeling.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience deploying and operating IAM and ILM technologies.
• Familiarity with C#, JavaScript, C++, Java, or Python.
• Understanding of cloud computing, web platforms, networking, and AI.
