Description

You will lead a team of Cybersecurity Architects to design, integrate, and implement secure enterprise architectures for large-scale organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Cybersecurity Architects and assist in developing the firm's Security Architecture Practice.
• Assess enterprise security foundations to ensure alignment between vision, strategy, processes, and technology.
• Design and implement end-to-end security architectures that mitigate technical threats and support business goals.
• Collaborate with program teams and senior stakeholders to shape long-term security roadmaps and requirements.
• Support large-scale transformation programs by building organizational capability to assess and design cyber security.
• Drive business development by leading bid teams and writing winning proposals and RFP responses.

Required Skills

• 19+ years of IT industry experience working within large organizations.
• Proven track record in cybersecurity consulting and solving complex, business-facing client problems.
• Expertise in architectural methodologies and frameworks such as SABSA and TOGAF.
• Deep technical knowledge of Networks, LANs, WANs, Servers, Hosting, Virtualization, Applications, and Identity Management.
• Proficiency with risk and regulatory frameworks including NIST 800, ISO 27001, ISF SOGP, and PCI-DSS.
• Ability to model threats and risks and implement necessary controls at both organizational and technical levels.
• Strong communication skills for technical reporting and influencing senior stakeholder decisions.
• CISSP, CISM, CREST Technical Security Architect, or ISO Lead Auditor certifications.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a related field or Business Administration.
