Description

You will design and maintain security architectures to protect networks, systems, applications, and data.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement security controls, policies, and procedures for cloud-based infrastructure.
• Develop threat detection and response mechanisms to identify and mitigate security incidents in real-time.
• Establish security governance frameworks and risk management processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Evaluate and deploy security tools through vendor assessments and proof-of-concept evaluations.
• Maintain incident response plans and conduct tabletop exercises to test recovery capabilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in security architecture design, implementation, and management.
• Hands-on experience with cloud cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies.
• Proven expertise in threat detection, incident response, and security incident management.
• Deep knowledge of GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
• Experience conducting root cause analysis and remediation activities following security breaches.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
• Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP).
• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
