You report on the intersection of cybersecurity and blockchain, covering emerging threats, data protection, and digital security regulations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit detailed reports on cryptocurrency hacks, breaches, and security incidents.
• Investigate ongoing hacking incidents in the crypto space to provide timely analysis.
• Plan content calendars to cover major hacks and emerging security threats.
• Optimize all articles for SEO and E-E-A-T standards while ensuring factual accuracy.
• Mentor junior writers on research, writing, and content optimization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in journalism or technical writing.
• Deep understanding of blockchain vulnerabilities and crypto-related hacking methods.
• Proficiency with Chainalysis for tracking and analyzing blockchain security data.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge and experience with Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Expertise in WordPress for content management and publication.
• Proven ability to research data breaches and exploits using technical reports.
• Experience using Google Docs and Grammarly for high-quality editing.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines for breaking news coverage.
