Description

Design, implement, and maintain security architecture across multi-cloud environments using a security-by-design methodology.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design secure cloud architectures that meet business and compliance requirements.
• Lead the development of cloud security governance, policies, standards, and procedures.
• Conduct security assessments of cloud environments and document risks with recommended mitigations.
• Collaborate with application and IT teams to integrate security controls into cloud-based infrastructure.
• Participate in enterprise-level architecture discussions regarding data security and infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in cloud security architecture.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Deep understanding of cloud security principles and security architecture design.
• Experience managing security risks across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models.
• Proficiency in network security and information security frameworks.
• Familiarity with security, audit, and compliance frameworks such as NIST, CIS, ISO 27001/2, SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, or PCI-DSS.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant cloud security certifications such as AWS Certified Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer, or CCSP.
