Description

Oversee global cybersecurity delivery operations and lead technical teams to meet service level objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage steady-state global delivery operations, ensuring SLA/SLO attainment and process compliance.
• Act as the primary escalation point for operational issues, identifying gaps and driving resolution through action plans.
• Lead team management functions including resource allocation, performance appraisals, coaching, and professional development.
• Define and maintain governance models, operating procedures, and best practices for service delivery.
• Facilitate business continuity and manage crisis situations during regional or location outages.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 4 years managing cybersecurity delivery engagements.
• Hands-on experience managing Anti-virus, Cloud Security, Vulnerability Management, and E-Mail security.
• Proven track record in managing stakeholder relationships and project transitions.
• Knowledge of security models including ITIL, ISO27002, PCI DSS, and COBIT 5.
• Experience with security tool integration and testing mechanisms using OWASP and NIST frameworks.
• Must hold CISM, CISSP, Certified Ethical Hacker, or CompTIA CySA+ certifications.
• Strong understanding of IT security policy, design, and implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL V3/4 Foundation or Expert certification.
• Project management knowledge such as PMBOK/PMP or PRINCE2.
