Support cybersecurity response, containment, remediation, and recovery activities
Monitor and secure Linux and Windows server environments
Assist with vulnerability remediation and systems hardening initiatives
Investigate security incidents, alerts, and suspicious activity
Support implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity controls and best practices
Conduct systems analysis and troubleshooting for security-related issues
Assist with monitoring infrastructure and identifying potential risks or vulnerabilities
Maintain documentation related to incidents, remediation efforts, and operational procedures
Coordinate with IT and leadership teams regarding cybersecurity issues and escalations
Participate in after-hours and emergency response support as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Cyber Security, Systems Administration, Infrastructure Engineering, or related field
Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field preferred; equivalent combination of education, certifications, and relevant experience may be considered
Advanced working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
Experience with cybersecurity incident response and remediation
Strong understanding of systems security principles and operational best practices
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to work effectively in high-pressure operational environments
