Description

You will own vulnerability management, scanning, and remediation workflows for enterprise infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform vulnerability scans using Tenable, Qualys, Nessus, or Rapid7.
• Review scan results to classify critical, high, medium, and low-risk vulnerabilities.
• Coordinate with system administrators and network teams to implement patches and security updates.
• Validate patch installations and confirm successful remediation of identified vulnerabilities.
• Generate assessment reports and track remediation progress for management review.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT security, system administration, or vulnerability management.
• Hands-on proficiency with Tenable, Qualys, Nessus, or Rapid7.
• Experience with Microsoft SCCM, Intune, and Lansweeper for asset and patch management.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux administration.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow for ticketing and workflow tracking.
• Understanding of ITIL concepts and compliance/audit activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications such as Security+, CEH, or SC-900.
• Experience monitoring industry security alerts, CVEs, and vendor advisories.
