Description

You will translate technology policy controls into specific metric definitions and implementation details for the Metric Design & Architecture team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish and document control metric definitions by analyzing data and engaging stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Technology Policy team to integrate metric requirements into policy design and updates.
• Partner with metric consumers to build a reporting framework that meets specific requirements.
• Work with the Data Acquisition and Tooling team to ensure successful metric implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in information security or information technology.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with technology or cybersecurity control implementations.
• Ability to define metrics and Key Control Indicators (KCIs) to measure control implementation completeness.
• Proven analytical skills using quantitative and qualitative data for decision-making.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with architects, engineers, and product owners.
• Ability to manage expectations and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Experience understanding and addressing customer or client needs.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of security concepts including Authentication, Data Security, System Security, and Network Security.
• Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
