You will lead GenAI-focused programs while ensuring rigorous data protection and security compliance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead GenAI-focused programs and deployment strategies.
• Manage AI/ML deployment and integration within existing infrastructures.
• Implement data protection, encryption, and compliance controls for AI workflows.
• Oversee 3rd party SaaS integrations and identity access management.
• Utilize Microsoft Copilot and the MS suite to support organizational AI initiatives.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in engineering or security.
• Deep expertise in AI/ML and GenAI deployment.
• 6–12 months hands-on experience with LangChain, LangFuse, and LangGraph.
• Proficiency in Python and Databricks.
• Experience with GitLab and Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of IAM, Data Protection, and Encryption.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and MS suite.
• Experience managing 3rd party SaaS integrations.
