Lead complex Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects and migrations in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities across internal stakeholders, service providers, and third-party vendors.
• Track and manage infrastructure requests for servers, networks, virtual machines, and configuration items across multiple workstreams.
• Create and maintain complex project plans and dashboards using Microsoft Project.
• Deliver executive status briefings covering project timelines, accurate plans, and identified risks.
• Manage Active Directory and IAM implementation or migration workflows.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in project management or similar leadership roles.
• PMP certification.
• Proficiency with Jira for Agile project management.
• Expertise in Microsoft Project for planning and MS PowerPoint for status reporting.
• Foundational knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) components and terminology.
• Experience managing Active Directory and IAM implementations or migrations.
• First-level university degree.

• Experience within the healthcare domain.
