Description

Lead the development and execution of the organizational cybersecurity strategy, roadmap, and design.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the cybersecurity strategy, roadmap, and annual budget for projects and external resources.
• Collaborate with IT stakeholders to design, build, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise-class security programs.
• Drive maturity in workforce identity programs and expand coverage to include customer and vendor identities.
• Establish governance, risk, and compliance standards, providing regular reporting to the CISO, CIO, and Board of Directors.
• Manage vendors and Managed Security Service Providers (MSSP) to support security objectives.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience managing direct reports and creating individual performance goals.
• 8+ years of management experience leading cybersecurity teams and delivering enterprise solutions.
• Experience implementing threat management, identity management, access management, and endpoint security.
• Proven ability to manage incident monitoring, response, data privacy, and risk assessments.
• Capability to assess and execute cybersecurity and identity integration during merger and acquisition scenarios.
• Strong ability to communicate risk and build plans based on risk-based prioritization.
• CISSP, CISM, or GSEC certifications.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of architecture experience and establishment of technical standards.
• 3+ years of experience working in or collaborating with identity teams.
