Description

You will lead security operations and manage technical teams to protect organizational assets and data.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the security team and manage operations in partnership with the Client Technology team.
• Develop and implement cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and best practices.
• Lead incident response investigations and remediation efforts for cyber incidents.
• Manage security budgets, resources, and vendor/third-party security risks.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, NIST, and ISO 27001 standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity management or operations.
• Technical expertise in IAM, Cloud Security, SIEM, PKI, and encryption technologies.
• Hands-on knowledge of SailPoint, CyberArk (PAM), and API Gateway.
• Experience with GRC operations, tools, and procedures.
• Knowledge of OT security tools and procedures.
• Ability to use risk and performance metrics for data-driven decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• CISSP, CISM, CEH, or GIAC certifications.
