Description

You will lead security operations and manage technical teams to protect organizational assets and data.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the security team and manage operations in partnership with the technology team.
• Develop and implement cybersecurity frameworks, security policies, and best practices.
• Lead incident response investigations and remediation efforts for cyber incidents.
• Identify application vulnerabilities and mitigate risks related to data and application security.
• Conduct risk assessments and manage threat detection and response processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity management or technical leadership.
• Deep knowledge of IAM, including SailPoint and PAM (CyberArk).
• Hands-on experience with Cloud Security, SIEM, and PKI systems.
• Technical proficiency with API Gateways, endpoint security, and OT security tools.
• Experience with GRC operations, tools, and procedures.
• Working knowledge of GDPR, HIPAA, NIST, and ISO 27001 standards.

Preferred Skills

• CISSP, CISM, CEH, or GIAC certifications.
