Description

Lead security operations and manage technical teams to protect organizational assets and data.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the security team and manage operations in partnership with the Client Technology team.
• Develop and implement cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and best practices.
• Lead investigations and remediation efforts for cyber incidents, reporting findings to executive management.
• Identify application vulnerabilities and mitigate risks through continuous risk assessment and threat management.
• Manage security budgets, resources, and vendor/third-party security risks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles.
• Technical expertise in IAM, Cloud Security, SIEM, PKI, and Data Security.
• Hands-on knowledge of SailPoint, PAM (CyberArk), API Gateways, and endpoint security.
• Experience managing GRC operations and OT security tools.
• Proficiency in risk assessment, threat management, and encryption technologies.
• Knowledge of compliance standards including GDPR, HIPAA, NIST, and ISO 27001.
• Proven ability to manage teams and communicate security strategies to stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills for threat detection and data-driven decision-making.

Preferred Skills

• CISSP, CISM, CEH, or GIAC certifications.
